Shipping policy

At Dream Simple LLP, we want to ensure a seamless and delightful shopping experience for our valued customers. We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouse. Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days. 

a) Shipping Charges all over India are free.

b) We ship from our Gurgaon Office via Bluedart, Delhivery, Expressbees courier partners.

c) Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.

d) As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS.

e) Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. We will not be responsible for any delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

f) If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability and our quality assurance process. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

g) Shipping charges if charged are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error in shipping or the product received is damaged or defective.

h) Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon www.dreamsimple.in shipment to the shipping carrier.

i) www.dreamsimple.in will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts dreamsimple.in reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

j) An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to

i) Flight delays

ii) Bad weather

iii) Political disruptions

iv) Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.

Receiving Order Guidelines

As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Process

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed and your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
