Return Or Exchange Process For Damaged Or Defective Items
In the rare occurrence that you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, kindly furnish us with an unaltered unboxing video of the package within 24 to 48 hours of order delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused and with all tags intact. We assure you that we will collaborate with you promptly to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. After receiving the product by return courier, it undergoes checking at the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the new product of same specifications to you within 3-5 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
Apart from damaged or defective items, all other products sold by Dream Simple LLP are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy ensures that you receive a brand-new product that has not been previously worn or used by another customer.
